Hilary Tsui is an independent art adviser, curator, cultural manager with over 15 years of work experience in the international arts & culture sector. Educated in Hong Kong, Germany and Vienna, Hilary has been based in Vienna and Hong Kong since 2001 and has curated numerous art projects and spearheaded cultural management and promotional projects in collaboration with institutions, art festivals and independent art groups in Europe, Asia and the USA. Hilary specializes in contemporary art and is passionate in nurturing its appreciation and collecting through her collector program, art tours, and other education initiatives. She advises clients on their art acquisition, develops art portfolios and collections, as well as curate events and programs for corporations.
Monika Ganswindt – Project Associate
Monika had a long banking career spanning over 2 decades in Germany before moving to Hong Kong with her family. She brings with her a wealth of experience in general management and is responsible for events and client service at CT Arts. Monika is a keen supporter of the arts and especially loves photography.
Prof. Dr. Gerd Schwandner – Advisory Board Member
Prof. Schwandner had an impressive career in public service that spanned over 3 decades. He studied medicine, German studies and art history and had practiced as a surgeon prior to his public service career. Prof. Schwandner held numerous important positions both in State governments as well as in art and education institutions. From 1984-1992, he served two terms as a State Legislator in the State of Baden-Württemberg. He was the Vice Minister at the Senator for Culture and Foreign Integration in Bremen (1992-95), Managing Director at the Center for Art and Media Technology (ZKM) in Karlsruhe (1995-2000), Professor for International Marketing at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (2000-2006) and the Mayor of Oldenburg (2006-2014). Prof. Schwandner and his wife, Dr. Annette Schwandner, are avid art lovers, collectors and members of the ICOM (International Council of Museums).
