Hilary Tsui is an art adviser, curator and an experienced cultural management professional with over a decade of work experience in the international arts sector.  Formerly based in Vienna, She has worked for established galleries, a cutting-edge art and design consultancy, the Vienna Festival and has collaborated with numerous art organizations. In 2006, she founded the arts exchange non-profit, CityTransit Asia-Europe in Vienna to enhance city-based arts exchange between the 2 continents. Since then, Hilary has curated numerous art projects as well as spearheaded promotional events in Asia and Europe, both individually and with institutions. Hilary advises clients on their art acquisition, develops art portfolios and collections, as well as advises companies on their art (sponsoring) programs. Hilary is passionate in nurturing appreciation and collecting of contemporary art.

Monika Ganswindt – Associate

Monika had a long banking career spanning over 2 decades in Germany before moving to Hong Kong with her family. She brings with her a wealth of experience in general management and is responsible for events and client service at CT Arts. Monika is a keen supporter of the arts and especially loves photography.

Prof. Schwandner had an impressive career in public service that spanned over 3 decades. He studied medicine, German studies and art history and had practiced as a surgeon prior to his public service career. Prof. Schwandner held numerous important positions both in State governments as well as in art and education institutions. From 1984-1992, he served two terms as a State Legislator in the State of Baden-Württemberg. He was the Vice Minister at the Senator for Culture and Foreign Integration in Bremen (1992-95), Managing Director at the Center for Art and Media Technology (ZKM) in Karlsruhe (1995-2000), Professor for International Marketing at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (2000-2006) and the Mayor of Oldenburg (2006-2014).  Prof. Schwandner and his wife, Dr. Annette Schwandner, are avid art collectors and members of the ICOM (International Council of Museums).
